Exceptional service from Sean Kum


We are incredibly pleased with the service from Sean Kum and Top Realty with selling our property in Leeming.

Sean's knowledge of the market, strategic mindset and good energy made the selling process seamless.
Sean was always available to answer our questions and provided all the information we needed to sell the property, which included how much renovation should be done so we didn't over capitalise.

We were both worried that we might not break even in the current market with the interest rates rising but, in the end, we actually made a small profit. The property went under offer on the first day going on the market without even having to do a home open which was such a bonus. The photos and advertisement for the property were very professional.

I would highly recommend Sean and his team if you needed to sell or buy property. We will definitely use Sean again the next time we need to buy or sell.  I'd also like to thank Top Realty's office administrator Su Cheng Foo, she was great in email correspondences with information during the selling process.
