I recently had to sell a house with an elderly relative who was moving into a retirement village. Sean provided invaluable advice about selling a strata unit with restrictive conditions, which we had not previously managed to sell: and as a result of taking his advice, a buyer was found almost immediately.  His knowledge of the local market is exceptional.  Sean was highly professional, easily contactable and he kept us informed every step of the way and he went above and beyond my expectations with assistance until settlement was complete.
