I had never sold a house before or even put a house on the market. Unfortunately I was put in the position to do so as my father in law passed away and I am the Executor. From my first meeting with Sean, I had a gut feeling that he was our guy. He came to the appointment on time (he actually beat me there) and was prepared with all the knowledge of the property required including lot size, type of title etc. This might not seem like a big deal but in comparison to another agent I met with and I had to provide all these details to them, so I was already impressed with Sean's effort. Sean was extremely knowledgeable of the market and the process involved with a deceased estate. Without him I wouldn't have known to get certain things done with Landgate and potentially would have really delayed settlement. Another point of difference was when clearing out the property, Sean gave me advice on how to get rid of items around the house that I had no idea what to do with. He had contacts for gardeners and trades people to get the property into the best condition possible and happily gave me their details. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sean to anyone and would do so knowing that they would be in the best hands. He really was amazing and I cannot praise him high enough for the job done. He followed up with me and kept me up to date throughout the entire process and I couldn't have done it without him.
